One or two planning meetings with Commission, staff , and <br /> other interested parties to establish the topics for- the <br /> questionnaire. This activity is to be completed within two weeks <br /> of the initiation of the contract . <br /> 2. Structuring of questions and final approval of the survey <br /> instrument . These activities to be completed within three weeks <br /> of the initiation of the contract _ <br /> 3. Pre-testing and, if needed , approval of resulting revisions . <br /> This activity to be completed within twenty-five days of the <br /> initiation of the contract . <br /> 4 . Telephone interviewing occurs. The phoning is to be <br /> completed within five weeks of the contract initiation. <br /> S. Computer analysis and preparation of the written report _ All <br /> analytical analysis and commentary will be available within three <br /> weeks after the completion of -fieldwork interviewing. <br /> b. Meetings with staff to explain and discuss survey result.-- <br /> In the past this meeting has been formatted as a work session, <br /> but the structure is left up to the client . This preliminary <br /> discussion can be arranged at a time convenient for the City <br /> staff after completion. and delivery of the written analysis. <br /> 7. Meeting with the Commission and/or City Council and staff to <br /> explain and discuss the results of the survey. This final <br /> discussion and strategy session can be arranged at a time <br /> convenient for the Commission and/or Council members and staff <br /> after delivery and circulation of the written report . <br /> 8. On-going telephone conversations and meetings to discuss the <br /> survey findings and their implications. <br /> IP1kAJ®R RED PERE <br /> Dr . William D. Morris will act as Principal Investigator for the <br /> study and will work closely with the staff in developing a <br /> reliable survey instrument and deducting policy relevant <br /> conclusions. <br /> ,'�N Ms. Diane Traxler will serve as Project Director and will oversee <br /> all phases of the research and analysis. <br />
