AGRICULTURAL LANDS <br /> This specific site is not currently being actively farmed and it is <br /> not designated as Prime Farmland in the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> VII . HISTORICAL AND ARCHEOLOGICAL SITES <br /> This specific site does not contain nor is it close to any historical <br /> or archeological sites noted in the Comprehensive Plan. Due to its <br /> proximity to Reshanau Lake the developer should check with the <br /> Historical Society for any requirements for archeological digs. <br /> VIII. NATURAL RESOURCES <br /> This specific site does contain woodlands and soil extraction sites, <br /> but no unique wildlife habitats. These features should be given <br /> special design considerations in the final plat layout. <br /> IX. SOILS AND TOPOGRAPHY <br /> The city's Restrictive Soils Ordinance should be reviewed as to its <br /> impact on this plat. Proper grading and erosion control plans should <br /> be reviewed by the City Engineer. <br /> n The soil conditions on the south portion of the site will have some <br /> moderate to severe limitations to development. Special engineering <br /> considerations should be given to any site and building plans. Runoff <br /> provisions should be reviewed by the City Engineer and Building <br /> Official prior to issuance of a building permit. <br /> X. FLOOD PLAIN <br /> A small portion of the property may fall within a Zone A flood plain <br /> area. This should be indicated by the surveyor. <br /> XI. PUBLIC SERVICES <br /> Increased demands on police and fire protection services should be <br /> reviewed by the appropriate staff. <br /> Specific park facilities and required dedications have been reviewed <br /> by the Park Board. The developer may consider alternative park <br /> designs but the general location seems appropriate. <br /> Sanitary sewer and water supply plans should be reviewedrby the City <br /> Engineer. <br />
