This fee is due to the City <br /> Clerk-Treasurer before any documents may be filed with <br /> the County Recorder' s Office. <br /> **Land site selection to be made by the City. <br /> ------------------------------------------------------------ <br /> MOTION: Mr. Lindy moved to submit the first draft revision <br /> of the park dedication policy to the City Administrator to <br /> forward to the City Attorney and/or City Planner as he feels <br /> necessary and then on to the City Council with the Park <br /> Board' s recommendation for approval . <br /> A note need also be made that the current Section 1001 . 14 <br /> (entitled "Property Dedication") includes not only <br /> dedication for parks, but also "property dedication . . . <br /> for public streets , roads , utility easements , water <br /> facilities, storm water drainage and holding areas or ponds <br /> and other similar utilities or improvements" . <br /> The proposed first draft above applies only to "park" <br /> dedication and does not cover any other "property" <br /> dedications . The Park Board recommends a separate section <br /> for each, to avoid confusion. The City Attorney should <br /> recommend language for "property" dedication. Mrs .
