B. The Lino Lakes Recreation Department shall be <br />authorized to establish charges or fees for the use of any <br />facilities to make any phase of the recreation program wholly <br />or partially self-sustaining. Non-resident fees shall be <br />applied appropriately. <br />Section 2. The School District will provide the following <br />City Recreational Department support at their own <br />expense: <br />A. Office, desk, office chair, and filing cabinet for <br />recreational staff. <br />B. Telephone and telephone system hookup. Monthly <br />service charges and long distance telephone charges <br />will be paid from the City Recreational Budget at no <br />cost to the School District. <br />C. Access to the school district's duplication <br />equipment. The Lino Lakes Recreation Program shall <br />be responsible for the cost of the paper to be sold <br />to the City Recreation Department at the School <br />District's cost. <br />D. Advertising in the community education program <br />catalog. <br />E. A minimum contribution of $2,000.00 annually to the <br />City Recreation Department <br />ARTICLE IV <br />DURATION <br />Section 1. Continuing Existence. <br />A. Lino Lakes Recreation shall continue in existence <br />from year to year until terminated at any time by majority <br />vote of the City Council and the School District. <br />Section 2. Withdrawal of Members <br />A. Any party may withdraw from this Agreement by written <br />notice. Said notice must be given no later than December 1 of <br />the current fiscal year, and shall be effective no sooner <br />than the end of the next fiscal year. A withdrawing party <br />shall continue to give contributions in compliance with this <br />Agreement through the effective date of withdrawal. <br />B. Notice of withdrawal may be rescinded any time prior <br />to the effective date of the withdrawal. <br />C. Any withdrawing party shall be held responsible for <br />any liabilities incurred prior to withdrawal. <br />PAGE 3 <br />
