The staff and participants have a park pickup at <br /> least once a week to assist maintenance crews with the trash <br /> collection. <br /> Staff Needs : <br /> Each park is equipped with a variety of arts and craft <br /> supplies, sports equipment and other supplies to assure the <br /> enjoyment of the participants . If the situation demands <br /> additional supplies are brought to the park. In dealing <br /> with the staff, it is attempted to address there needs to <br /> avoid any confusion that may lead appearing that we are <br /> unorganized. <br /> Management : <br /> This program takes a tremendous amount of effort and time to <br /> make sure all parks are running smoothly. The addition of a <br /> supervisor (assistant) for this program to handle the daily <br /> operation of this program is a asset.
