• <br /> • Registration <br /> • Accounting <br /> • Assist in the execution, roll-out, and first three months of program operation <br /> • Develop partnership development and roll-out timeline <br /> o Identify key milestone dates based on potential program start up dates <br /> o Work back schedule based on these key milestone dates <br /> • Scope of Services Timeline <br /> o ISG can begin this portion of the Scope of Services immediately <br /> o Scope of Services to extend through the first three months of Rec Center and <br /> Aquatic Program operation <br /> ISG will also work with City and potential outside pool user groups, especially Great Wolf Swim <br /> Team,to develop a rental schedule and agreement for use of the Rec Center aquatic facilities. <br /> Financial Considerations of this portion of the Scope of Services <br /> • Consulting Fee $7,500 plus expenses <br /> Development of Fitness Partnership with Outside Fitness Program Provider <br /> ISG understands that City management has already had preliminary discussions with potential <br /> outside providers of fitness programs for the Recreation Center. The development of a fitness <br /> partner may be more straight forward and likely will not need as much support from ISG as the <br /> Aquatic Program Partnership in putting this partnership together. ISG can provide support as <br /> • needed in developing and executing this partnership, with a scaled down version of the Services <br /> involved in the Aquatic Partnership Services. Services can include the following: <br /> • Build upon initial discussions with potential fitness program providers and City <br /> Management <br /> o Mutual goals, opportunities, and mission alignment <br /> • Develop Partnership Program Model <br /> o Class and fee structure <br /> o Range of programs offered through potential fitness provider <br /> o Personal Training <br /> o Any potential link to Aquatic Fitness Programs <br /> • Develop Partnership Model <br /> o Financial considerations <br /> • Lease arrangement <br /> • Move-in and set-up <br /> • Operating costs <br /> • Revenue and cost sharing <br /> o Operational model <br /> • Program management and responsibilities <br /> • Staffing considerations <br /> • Training <br /> • Recruitment and retention <br /> • Marketing <br /> • • Registration <br /> Page 3 of 5 <br />
