CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 21-135 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT EARLY SITE WORK / <br />GRADING ONLY FOR BELLAND FARMS <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on November 8, 2021, the City Council passed Resolution No. 21-115 approving <br />the Preliminary Plat for Belland Farms; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City’s subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the execution <br />of a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the Development Agreement Early Site Work / Grading Only between Rehbein <br />Properties and the City of Lino Lakes for Belland Farms and authorizes the Mayor and City <br />Clerk to execute such agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th day of November, 2021. <br /> <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />_______________and was duly seconded by Council Member ________________ and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />_______________________________ <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
