This construction services proposal <br />would be subsequent to the City Council awarding the construction contract. <br /> <br />The City of Lino Lakes is requesting assistance with the construction services for the 2020 Street <br />Rehabilitation Project. The streets designated for rehabilitation are local streets as determined by <br />their OCI ratings established in the City’s Pavement Management Study. A summary of the 2020 <br />Street Rehabilitation Project is described as follows: <br /> <br />Full Depth Reclamation, cur b and gutter and storm sewer repair <br />• Deerwood Lane, between Birch Street and Fox Road <br />• Fox Road, between West Shadow Lake Drive and Deerwood Lane <br /> <br />Watermain Repair <br />• Bolt replacement on identified gate valves and services <br /> <br />Bituminous Overlay <br />• Carl St., 77th St. E., Gordon Ave. N., Rehbein St., Peltier Lake Dr. <br /> <br />Curb Replacement <br />• Town Center Parkway <br /> <br />The project bid also included an alternate for cul du sacs within the project area. It is our <br />understanding that the City will not be awarding the alternate bid. This proposal is based on the <br />work included in the base bid only. <br /> <br />Scope of Engineering Services <br /> <br />WSB is pleased to provide professional construction engineering services for the 2020 Street <br />Rehabilitation Project including contract administration, construction observation, construction <br />staking, and public involvement with project stakeholders.
