The new facility will be constructed in 2 phases. Phase 1 is
approximately 24,977 sf and Phase 2 is 12,307 sf. There is no dedicated timeline for the Phase
2 construction. All utilities and parking lots will be constructed in Phase 1. A west storm
water pond south of the exiting parking lot and an east pond south of the new facility are
proposed. A new 91 stall parking lot south of the existing building will connect with the
existing parking lot and a new driveway will ingress/egress to the east at the current driveway
location.

A Site Plan Review Worksheet detailing setbacks and performance standards has been
completed.
