COUNCIL MINUTES <br />DRAFT <br />3 <br />The council discussed the positive impact City residents have seen with past street reconstruction 79 <br />projects. 80 <br />Councilmember Cavegn moved to approve Resolution No. 20-67 as presented. Council Member 81 <br />Ruhland seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. 82 <br />6B) Consider Resolution No. 20-66, Approving Nadeau Acres Grading Agreement – City 83 <br />Engineer Hankee not ed the council’s previous approval of the preliminary plat for Nadeau Acres. This 84 <br />is a 68 unit residential development. The developer would like to start grading at their own risk 85 <br />although the final plat is not yet approved. 86 <br />Councilmember Cavegn asked when construction is expected to start. The developer suggested they 87 <br />would start grading after the 4th of July; there are a few additional approvals required before 88 <br />construction begins. 89 <br />Councilmember Stoesz asked about plans for construction traffic and the developer said the plan is to 90 <br />use an existing driveway as much as possible to stay away from existing homes. 91 <br />Mayor Rafferty asked about what’s remaining to be completed in the NorthPointe development and the 92 <br />developer explained all the lots have been sold to builders and for just a few construction has not yet 93 <br />begun. 94 <br />Councilmember Ruhland moved to approve Resolution No. 20-66 as presented. Councilmember 95 <br />Stoesz seconded the motion.
