A general <br />overview of the riparian development indicates low density single family lots platted between <br />1969 and 1991. Lot sizes vary from approximately 12,000 sf to 43,560 sf. Smaller lots on the <br />east side of Reshanau Lake are served by municipal water and sanitary sewer. <br /> <br />Of the 100 platted riparian lots, approximately 10 existing lots on the west side of Reshanau <br />Lake along West Shadow Lake Drive may have the potential to subdivide based on lot size. <br />One of these lots is the proposed Poehling Addition.
