The site will <br />be connected to City water and sewer. <br />LANDSCAPE PLAN <br />Tree Preservation and Mitigation Standards <br />The purpose of these standards is to protect valuable trees and stands of vegetation while <br />not interfering with landowners' reasonable use and development of property.
