RECOMMENDATIONS Staff recommends the Conditional Use Permit for Precision Tune Auto Care be forwarded to the Planning and Zoning Board and City Council with the following comments: 1. Mulch used for stabilization shall be type 3 certified noxious weed free mulch. Minnesota Crop Improvement Association (MCIA) tags must be provided to the City. 2.
