2 <br /> <br />History <br /> <br />Lino Lakes Market Place is a master planned shopping/retail center approved in 2001. <br />The development includes Target and Kohl’s, the four (4) Apollo Drive retail buildings <br />as well as those commercial buildings and lots along Lake Drive. Ordinance No. 16-01 <br />and amended by Ordinance No. 03-05 regulates site plan and design guidelines for the <br />development. The design guidelines detail requirements for building composition, <br />materials, lighting, signage, landscaping and building elevations.
