There are only a few windows shown on the elevations. <br /> <br />The existing building height is 22’-4” to the top of the parapet wall and 30’11” to the top <br />of the branding tower. The proposed height is less than the allowed 45ft. <br /> <br />Staff Comments: <br /> <br />1.
