Existing Site Conditions <br />Per the December 10, 2021 Stormwater Management Plan, the 4.5 acre site is bounded on the <br />north by wetland, on the east by Interstate 35E, on the south by agricultural property, and on <br />the west by Chestnut Street. The site was previously partially graded as part of the overall <br />mass grading for the NorthPointe master plan of development.
