Operations are given letter designations from "A" (best <br />operating conditions) to "F" (worst conditions). <br />City Code Section 1007.020, Site Plan Review and Section 1001.013(2)(c), Premature <br />Subdivision establishes minimum Level Of Service (LOS) requirements. The ordinance states <br />that if the LOS is A or B, the proposed subdivision shall not the degrade the LOS more than <br />one grade. If the LOS is C or D, it shall not degrade the LOS. Intersections with a LOS of E or <br />F must be improved to ensure a LOS of D or better. <br />11 <br />
