The total required number of parking stalls for the senior campus building is 131. There <br />are 159 stalls provided. Assuming 50% general public use of the Town Center amenities <br />at one time (48/2=24), only 155 stalls would be required. The proposed 1,200 sf outdoor dining patio would <br />require an additional 7 stalls for a total of 47 parking stalls. <br />• Retail Store and Service Establishment.
