The senior living campus has 1,981 linear ft of building fagade <br />requiring 40 large trees and 119 large shrubs. The landscape plan proposes 63 large 4ee <br />!eats and 304 large sh.ub e alen4s whieh o ee ro v en4s 42 large trees <br />equivalents and 387 large shrub equivalents. The landscape plan also provides for <br />several outdoor landscaped courtyards. The trees along Hodgson Road have been <br />relocated out of the road right-of-way and within 30 ft of the building. <br />Open Areas Landscape Standards <br />Open areas include disturbed site areas, such as cul de sac islands, boulevard medians, <br />storm water management areas, common areas in multifamily sites that are not for <br />recreation facilities, and disturbed areas that are not located within the foundation <br />landscape zone, vehicular hardscape area or the building footprint. Open Space <br />landscaping standards require 1 large tree and 3 large shrubs per 2,000 square ft. Open <br />space plantings are required for the main building, stormwater ponds, and north and south <br />green spaces. <br />Per Sheet L2.1 and L2-4 L2.2, Main Building, there is 45,3 74 45,063 square ft of open <br />space. This would require 23 large trees and 69 large shrubs. The plan proposes 36 large <br />tree equivalents and 155 large shrub equivalents. Open space requirements are met and <br />exceeded. <br />The North East and North West Green Spaces, found on Sheet L2.6, hosts ' (1� 23,000 <br />square ft and 54,073 square ft, respectively. The North East Greenspace requires 4-0 12 <br />large trees and -30 36 large shrubs to meet the open space landscaping standards. The <br />North West Greenspace requires 27 large trees and 80 large shrubs. The landscaping plan <br />provides 4-8 12 large tree equivalents and 97 48 large shrubs equivalents for the North <br />East Green space and 27 large tree equivalents and 80 large shrubs equivalents for the <br />North West Green Space, which meets the open space requirements. <br />Per Sheet L2.7, there is 5 1,926 84,699 square ft of open space in the South West <br />Greenspace. This would require 2-6 43 large trees and 79 127 large shrubs. The plan <br />proposes 2-05 202 large tree equivalents and 4-" 230 large shrub equivalents.
