The color palette consists of earth tone tan, white, gray, rust and bronze. The metal roofs on the car wash, vacuum building and canopies are regal blue and shall be standing seam. The ordinance allows for stucco or EIFS on no more than 30% of the primary front building elevation and no more than 60% of any side or rear building elevation. The primary front elevation has 20% EIFS and rear elevation has 0% EIFS and the sides have 23% and 29%. The building has a 3ft high split face block veneer base. The materials and percentages are compliant with performance standards. The car wash building height is 19ft which is less than that maximum 45ft allowed. A trash enclosure and vacuum building are proposed on the north side of the lot.
