The outlot is for future development, stormwater management facilities and private <br />street. The outlot will then be preliminary and <br />final platted. This will be similar to the development of Main Street Shoppes to the east of <br />Otter Lake Road. <br /> <br />The preliminary plat shall show the delineated wetland acreage. <br /> <br />Streets and Alleys <br /> <br />A private street from Otter Lake Road currently exists across the north boundary of Lot 1, <br />Block 1, Otter Crossing 1st Addition. The private street will extend along the north boundary of <br />Lot 1 and 2, Otter Crossing 2nd Addition. A new or amendment to the existing Declaration of <br />Driveway Easement shall be recorded over the private street detailing maintenance <br />responsibilities are the developers. The City is not responsible for maintenance of the private <br />street. <br />
