6 <br /> <br />The applicable building face is the west face, which is approximately 40 ft. One (1) large tree <br />and 3 large shrubs are required. Two (2) medium trees (equivalent to 1 large tree) and 12 <br />medium shrubs (equivalent to 9 large shrubs) are provided. <br /> <br />Foundation landscaping requirements have been met. <br /> <br />Boulevard Trees <br /> <br />Boulevard trees are not required for commercial developments. <br /> <br />Sod and Ground Cover <br /> <br />The plan indicates 8 inches of topsoil for all unpaved disturbed areas. Sod will be installed <br />around the parking lot, north of the parking access road, and in the disturbed area east of the <br />building addition. <br /> <br />The landscape contractor will be providing an irrigation plan to the applicant that provides for <br />proper irrigation of all planted trees, shrubs, and sod. <br /> <br />Sod and ground cover standards are met. <br /> <br />Signage <br /> <br />A Sign Permit Application and sign plans shall be submitted for any wall or ground mount <br />signage. <br /> <br />Impervious Surface Coverage <br /> <br />The LI, Light Industrial zoning district allows for 75% impervious surface coverage. Per Sheet <br />C2.1, Site Plan, the proposed impervious surface is 0.614 acres or 41% which meets ordinance <br />requirements. <br /> <br />Impervious Surface Coverage <br />Total Parcel Size 1.51 acres <br />Existing Impervious 0.304 acres (20%) <br />Proposed Impervious 0.614 acres (41%) <br />Traffic Study <br /> <br />A traffic study is not required. CR 84 (Otter Lake Road) is a Major Collector Road and is <br />capable of handling the additional traffic volume proposed by the building addition and parking <br />lot. <br /> <br />Public Land Dedication <br /> <br />Park land dedication and/or fees are not required. This is an existing lot of record and not <br />being subdivided.
