Completion of Department of Natural Resources <br />grading plan for wetland area (restoration). <br />13. Eliminate the planned second driveway to Hodgson <br />Road (The city has been trying to limit this access <br />for some time). <br />14. Construct bins for storage and separation of <br />ornamental rock. <br />15. Prior to the city council meeting submit a revised <br />site plan for the property showing the revised. <br />16. All items except #12 be completed within one year. <br />Item #12 be completed in two years. <br />Mr. King seconded the motion and the motion was approved <br />unanimously. <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />MOTION: Robert King moved to recommend to the city council <br />approval of a conditional use permit for Brian and Laurie <br />Soderman, Application #90 -22 for the outside storage and <br />operation of a nursery business at 6075 Hodgson Road <br />providing the following conditions are followed as stated <br />above. Monika Slatten seconded the motion and the motion was <br />approved unanimously. <br />REVIEW OF A MINOR SUBDIVISION FOR STEVE AND LINDA BAILEY, <br />APPLICATION #90 -23. <br />Steve Bailey approached the board. He owns a 20 acre parcel <br />of land in the southeast Lino Lakes area adjacent to 20th <br />Avenue South also known as C.R. No. 54. There are no <br />buildings on the property at this time. <br />The applicants wish to split the land into two ten acre <br />parcels for the purpose of sale. The new parcels would <br />measure approximately 333 feet by 1304 feet. <br />MOTION: Robert King moved to recommend to the city council <br />approval of a minor subdivision for land located in Section <br />26 of Lino Lakes and adjacent to 20th Avenue South as <br />outlined in Application #90 -23. Approval contingent upon <br />payment of the $400.00 park fee. <br />CONSIDERATION OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR SHARON GAGE TO <br />EXPAND HER DAY CARE FACILITY.
