LOCATED AT 484 LILAC STREET.
Doug Boe DBA Boe Ornamental, 484 Lilac Street wishes to construct
an addition to his existing building. Boe Ornamental is located on
Lot 2 of Block 2 of the Lino Industrial Park. The structure is
post and beam or pole barn. It was constructed by Lester's Inc. of
Lester Prairie, the same firm that would be constructing the
addition.
Boe states the existing building has an area of 5,618 square feet.
The site plan shows the addition measuring 48 feet in length with
60 feet of width and covering an area of 2,880 square feet. The
building addition would also be post and beam with wrinkle -tin
matching the existing structure. An overhead door would be located
on the south side of the building, not visible from the street.
Boe Ornamental has a considerable amount of outside storage at
present and driveways and parking areas are gravel surfaced. There
is a slight berm with scattered Norway pine trees between Lilac
Street and the Boe building. Other than that, there is no
landscaping on the site.
At this time a gravel driveway extends to the building on the
location of the platted Industrial Boulevard. This was permitted
several years ago when the original structure was erected. Boe has
recently purchased the lot immediately west of the Boe Ornamental
5
