The subdivision is
located on the southeast corner of Reshanau Lake in the south
central part of the city.
Several of the homes in Lakes Addition No. 3 have back yards
bordering a large undeveloped area known as Outlot F.
Darrell Schneider addressed the board. He stated that the purpose
of this outlot was to provide drainage and water storage. Drainage
has been a problem. Other engineering issues were discussed.
Randy Schumacher, the Lino Lakes City Administrator, has visited
with residents living in the area on several occasions.
