APRIL 16, 1975 <br />Mr. Shearan asked if Blue Heron Road is in existence now. Mr. Jandric <br />said, No, but Latern Lane does exist now. Blue Heron Road will come <br />in off of East Shadow Lake Drive. <br />Mr. Jandric said that Blue Heron Road was created facing on a public <br />road and there would be no need for a culvert. Lot 30 will be used <br />for access to the rest of the plat. <br />Mr. Shearan asked if the City Planner has seen this plan? "I think we <br />should hane an opinion from the planner first. It seems to me that <br />we had a similar problem last fall." <br />(Mr. Hill arrived.) <br />Mr. Nadeau asked Mr. Jandric what exactly is he asking for? <br />Mr. Coleman, Mr. Jandric's Attorney, replied saying we want to sell <br />the townhouses. We will put the road in when economic conditions are <br />better. <br />After more discussion on what Mr. Jandric intends to do with the town <br />house units, Mr. Houle moved to have the Planner and Engineer review <br />and report back to the P f Z at the May meeting. Mr. Jandric is to <br />get copies of his plans to these firms in time for a reply to be made <br />at the May meeting. Motion seconded by Mr. Hill, Motion carried. <br />The next item for discussion was a request to park a mobile home for <br />living quarters at 1403 Birch Street to be used for an indefinite <br />period of time. <br />A trailer was put on the property on April 16, 1972 without obtaining <br />permission. Officer 102 filed a Miscellaneous Report on this matter <br />on April 6, 1975 as this would be a violation of Ordinance No. 56. <br />On April 7, 1975, Mr. Harvey Glanzer, President of Investment Associates, <br />Inc. requested to be put on the agenda for this meeting in order to <br />obtain permission to leave the trailer at its present location. <br />Mr. Shearan asked Mr. Glanzer if the intention was to fix up the present <br />house and use it for a residence. <br />Mr. Glanzer replied, No., we want to sell the house and replace it. <br />The house would be moved off the property. One of the neighbors is <br />interested in buyin it. However, the offer is not firm as of right <br />now. Presently the house is not lievable. <br />Mr. Shearan asked what kind of time limit on the rebuilding or repair <br />of the permanent residence do you estimate? <br />Mr. Glanzer said at the present time we need a minimum of six months. <br />Wh have many projects that must be started shortly and the house is <br />secondary to our planning at this point. <br />Mr. Marier suggested that a revision of their plans considerably. <br />We had planned to start clean -up and repair of the house, repair of <br />the barn, implementing the bird habitat and raising programs, planting <br />of nursery stock and crops.
