Revised plans based on staff comments. <br />b. An electronic PDF of the final approved plans. <br />c. Building Permit application and fee as determined by the Building Official. <br />7. Sheet 1-Certificate of Survey: <br />a. Provide roadway easement document or other recorded instrument as to how the <br />“south” 30 feet of Arlo Lane was dedicated or deeded for roadway purposes. <br />8. Sheet 2-Resource Inventory: <br />a. Sheet shall be re-numbered 2 of 9. <br />b. The existing well identified on Lot 4 shall be properly capped and abandoned or <br />disconnected from the house if used for irrigation purposes prior to the issuance <br />of any building permit. <br />c. Data regarding depth to water table per soil boring shall be added to the sheet. <br />9. Sheet 3-Preliminary Plat: <br />a. The proposed impervious surface calculation for Lot 4 shall be shown on the <br />sheet. <br />10. Sheets 4-7: <br />a. See City Engineer Letter. <br />11. Sheet 8-Tree Preservation Plan: <br />a. Trees proposed for removal are not identified. <br />b. Calculations for mitigation standards are not provided. <br />c. The Tree Preservation Plan shall be resubmitted in compliance with the <br />ordinance. <br />12. Sheet 9-Landscape Plan: <br />a. Boulevard tree species must be the same species as those existing on the street. <br />i. Arlo Lane would be Thornless Honeylocust. <br />ii. Lois Lane would be Freeman Maple ‘Celzam’ if available. <br />b. Trees and shrubs required for Open Space shall be calculated and located on the <br />Landscape Plan as required per ordinance. <br />c. The Landscape Plan shall be resubmitted in compliance with the ordinance. <br /> <br />Motion was supported by Mr. Laden. Motion carried 4 - 0. (Tralle abstained.) <br /> <br /> <br />B. Planned Unit Development (PUD) Final Plan/Final Plat for Saddle Club <br /> <br />Katie Larsen, City Planner, presented the staff report. Staff recommended approval of <br />the PUD Final Plan/Final Plat for Saddle Club. <br /> <br />It was suggested that the city designate trail locations with signage, especially in <br />neighborhood areas, to clearly mark city trails. <br /> <br />Marcel Eibensteiner, 10740 Town Square Drive, Blaine, MN, project manager of Saddle <br />Club, stated that the project is progressing well. He is awaiting a permit from the Army
