All comments from the Anoka County Highway Department letter dated September 12, <br />2014 shall be addressed. <br />4. All comments highlight “red” on the Site Plan Worksheet shall be addressed. <br />5. A separate Sign Permit shall be submitted to the City for review and approval. <br />6. A Tree Preservation Plan sheet shall be submitted on a separate plan sheet in compliance <br />with City ordinance. <br />7. Sheet A2: <br />a. Elevations shall be to scale. <br />b. Types of exterior materials shall be included on plan sheet. <br />c. Percentage of exterior material per elevation shall be included on plan sheet. <br />d. Height of building shall be provided. <br />8. Sheet A3: <br />a. Maximum allowed height of accessory structure/trash enclosure is 12 feet. <br />9. Sheet A4: <br />a. Northeast (back) elevation shall show proposed patio area and fencing. <br />b. Material detail and height of patio fencing shall be provided on the plan sheet. <br />10. Sheet C0-Title Sheet: <br />a. The City Engineer’s name shall be spelled correctly (Diane Hankee). <br />11. Sheet C1-Demolition Plan: <br />a. Developer must verify the existence of well or record that it was abandoned and <br />properly sealed. <br />12. Sheet C2-Site Plan: <br />a. A photometric plan including proposed lighting and fixture details shall be <br />submitted to the City for review and approval. <br />b. Calculations for required number of parking stalls shall be included on plan sheet. <br />Use calculations provided on Site Plan Review Worksheet. <br />c. All outdoor or rooftop mechanical equipment (in addition to noted air <br />conditioning units) shall be noted on the plan sheet. <br />d. Driveways and aisles shall be 5 feet from property line. Aisle on south side is <br />only 4 feet from property line. Plan shall be revised. <br />13. Sheet C3-Grading Plan: <br />a. The impervious/pervious data under Stormwater Summary does not match the <br />data noted in the Drainage Report. Please revise. <br />b. The Normal Water Level and High Water Level of the stormwater pond shall be <br />noted. <br />14. Sheet C5-Erosion Control Plan: <br />a. The location of the silt fence shall be clearly marked on the plan sheet. <br />15. Sheet C6-Landscape Plan: <br />a. Revisions as noted in the Site Plan Worksheet shall be made. <br />b. Details of air conditioning units (height, width) shall be provided. <br />c. Air conditioning unit shall be completely screened with landscaping. <br />d. All other mechanical equipment (ground or roof mounted) shall be completely <br />screened.
