The direct impact resistance test per ASTM D2794 shall have an <br />impact resistance of 120.00 inches per pound at 2 mils. <br />FRAME ASSEMBLY STRUCTURAL <br />Purchaser shall receive a Frame Assembly Structural Fifty (50) Years or 250,000 Miles limited warranty <br />in accordance with, and subject to, warranty certificate RFW0305. The warranty certificate is <br />incorporated by reference into this proposal, and included with this proposal or available upon request. <br />FRAME RAIL CORROSION <br />Purchaser shall receive a Frame Rail Corrosion (Zinc Plate and Powder Coat) Twenty Five (25) Years or <br />150,000 Miles limited warranty in accordance with, and subject to, warranty certificate RFW0316. The <br />warranty certificate is incorporated by reference into this proposal, and included with this proposal or <br />available upon request. <br />FRAME COMPONENTS CORROSION <br />Purchaser shall receive a Frame Components Corrosion (Zinc Plate) Twenty (20) Years or 132,000 <br />Miles limited warranty in accordance with, and subject to, warranty certificate RFW0314. The <br />warranty certificate is incorporated by reference into this proposal, and included with this proposal or <br />available upon request. <br />FRONT BUMPER <br />The chassis shall include a formed channel front bumper. The bumper shall be constructed of 110 psi <br />high strength low alloy steel. The bumper material shall measure 10.25 inches high with a 3.50 inch <br />flange and shall be 0.38 inch thick and 104.50 inches wide, with 45.00 degree angled front corners. <br />The bumper shall be primed and painted as specified. <br />FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION LENGTH <br />The front bumper shall be extended approximately 2 1. 00 inches ahead of the cab. <br />FRONT BUMPER PAINT <br />The front bumper shall be painted the same as the lower cab color. <br />FRONT BUMPER APRON <br />The 21.00 inch extended front bumper shall include an apron constructed of 0.19 inch thick embossed <br />aluminum tread plate. <br />The apron shall be installed between the bumper and the front face of the cab affixed using stainless <br />steel bolts attaching the apron to the top bumper flange. <br />FRONT BUMPER DISCHARGE <br />The chassis shall include two (2) frame mounted pipes intended for use as a discharge trash lines. There <br />shall be one (1) 2.00 inch diameter discharge pipe on the left hand and one (1) 2.50 inch diameter <br />discharge pipe on the right hand side routed from the left and right front splay rail area behind the <br />bumper to the area rear of the front axle, ahead of the battery boxes. <br />Each discharge pipe shall be stainless steel schedule 10 tube. The discharge shall include a Victaulic <br />groove for connecting to the pump and discharge hose plumbing on each end of the tube. <br />
