CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO.22-93 <br />LOCAL APPROVAL OF A LAWFUL GAMBLING <br />PREMISES PERMIT FOR MC'S TAPHOUSE RESTAURANT <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council has received a request from Centennial High School <br />Hockey Association to conduct Charitable Gambling at Muddy Cow Lino Lakes, LLC d/b/a <br />MC's Taphouse; and <br />WHEREAS, the Minnesota Gambling Control Board requires the City of Lino Lakes to submit <br />a resolution to the City Council approving the premises permit application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Public Safety Department has conducted a background investigation and found <br />no reason to deny; and <br />WHEREAS, the Centennial High School Hockey Association is in compliance with Chapter <br />611 of the Lino Lakes City Code relating to Lawful Gambling; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the request of the Centennial High School Hockey Association for a Premise <br />Permit for Charitable Gambling at Muddy Cow Lino Lakes, LLC d/b/a MC's Taphouse. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 22" d day of August, 2022. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />and was duly seconded by Council Member and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />
