He has served as a <br />Director of Public Works in three communities and public works profession for 25 years. <br />Prior to working at WSB, Chris served as Director of Public Works for the City of Rochester <br />from 2018-2019, the City of Lakeville from 2008-2018, the City of Hugo from 1999-2008 <br />and worked for the City of Apple Valley prior to 1999. Chris holds a Class A Water Supply <br />System Operators License from the MDH and a Class A Collection System Operators <br />License from the MPCA. <br />Lakeville Water Treatment Facility Expansion I Lakeville, MN <br />CLIENT: CITY OF LAKEVILLE <br />DURATION: JAN 2012 - JUN 2015 <br />Chris served as the Project Manager and Owner Representative for the design and construction of <br />the first major water treatment facility upgrade in nearly 15 years. This projected included increasing <br />the treatment, pumping and storage capacity of the water treatment facility by over six MGD. <br />Lakeville Well Development I Lakeville, MN <br />CLIENT: CITY OF LAKEVILLE <br />DURATION: AUG 2008 - JUN 2018 <br />Chris served as the Project Manager and Owner Representative for the design and construction <br />of four municipal wells (Wells #19-22). These wells were constructed in the Prairie Du Chien -Jordan <br />and Tunnel City-Wonewoc aquifers with pumping capacities from 500-1500 GPM. Chris' oversight <br />of these projects started from conceptual stages of master planning of a well field to placing them <br />into service. <br />Hugo Well Development I Hugo, MN <br />CLIENT: CITY OF HUGO <br />DURATION: JUN 1999 - AUG 2008 <br />Chris served as the Project Manager and Owner Representative for the design and construction of <br />three municipal wells (Wells #3-5). All of these wells included the construction of well houses. These <br />wells were constructed in the Prairie Du Chien -Jordan aquifers with pumping capacities of 1000- <br />1500 GPM.
