Mark is a registered monitoring well contractor with the <br />Minnesota Department of Health. Mark has provided geotechnical engineering and <br />project management oversight for both private and public sector clients. His experience <br />includes both shallow and deep foundation design, pavement design, and slope stability <br />analysis. <br />Dakota County Roadway Improvements I Dakota County, MN <br />CLIENT: DAKOTA COUNTY <br />PROJECT DURATION: 2014 - 2021 <br />WSB has provided geotechnical engineering services for the annual reconstruction of roadways <br />within Dakota County. These roadways include County Roads 38, 50, 62, 78, 86, 88, 91, and 96. The <br />roadways have included gravel roadways that are being reconstructed as bituminous, bituminous <br />2-lane roadways that are being improved with additional lanes, turn lanes and/or wider shoulders, and <br />4-lane roadways that are planned for reconstruction and improvements. Mark provided a competitive <br />cost proposal, performed as project manager and engineer, oversaw the field services, and provided <br />geotechnical recommendations including design R-values of the soils and recommendations for <br />subgrade improvements, additional lanes or shoulders, and pavement section. <br />Savage Street Reconstruction I Savage, MN <br />CLIENT: CITY OF SAVAGE <br />PROJECT DURATION: 2017 - 2020 <br />WSB has provided geotechnical engineering services for the annual reconstruction of roadways <br />within the City of Savage. These roadways include Glendale, Vernon, the Hanrehan Lake area, and <br />the Dufferin Drive area. Mark provided a competitive cost proposal, performed as project manager <br />and engineer, oversaw the field services, and provided geotechnical recommendations for subgrade <br />improvements and pavement design. <br />Burnsville Street Reconstruction I Burnsville, MN <br />CLIENT: CITY OF BURNSVILLE <br />PROJECT DURATION: 2017 - 2021 <br />WSB has provided geotechnical engineering services for the annual reconstruction of roadways <br />within the City of Burnsville. These areas include Bluebill Bay, Burnhaven, Burnsville Heights, East and <br />West Frontage Roads of 35W, Highland, Highland Upton, Portland, and 150th Street. The roadways <br />included bituminous 2-lane roadways that are being improved with underground utilities, turn lanes <br />and/or wider shoulders.
