<br />Ray is a Professional Engineer with seven years of experience in water and
<br />wastewater engineering including: water supply systems, groundwater supplies,
<br />sanitary sewer collection systems, water treatment pilot studies, and water reuse
<br />systems. At WSB, he works with growing and developed communities in the
<br />expansion and rehabilitation of their water and sewer infrastructure. He has
<br />experience in project planning, feasibility studies, computer modeling, preliminary
<br />and final design, bidding, construction management, grant writing, wellhead
<br />protection planning, risk assessments, emergency response planning, community
<br />engagement, and state water permitting. Ray is passionate about groundwater, water
<br />reuse, water treatment, sustainable design, and community involvement.

<br />PROJECT DURATION: FEB 2020 - CURRENT
<br />Served as a project manager in the permitting, project coordination, design, bidding, and
<br />construction management of Production Well No. 8 and Well House No. 8 in the City of Caledonia,
<br />Minnesota. Analyzed water quality results to size chemical feeds system and completed hydraulic
<br />calculations to identify pump sizing requirements. Ray also coordinated funding with the Public
<br />Facilities Authority and other state agencies, laboratories, and the community to satisfy expectations
<br />and provide quality drinking water to the city's residents.

<br />CLIENT: CITY OF HUGO
<br />PROJECT DURATION: JAN 2019 - CURRENT
<br />Currently serving as project engineer in the grant and project coordination, design, and bidding of
<br />the County Road 8 Stormwater Reuse project. He worked with the City to obtain a total of $618,400
<br />in grant funding to go towards the reuse system and worked on the design of the distribution system,
<br />pump station, and irrigation system upgrades.

<br />PROJECT DURATION: JAN 2019 - JUN 2021
<br />Served as a project engineer in the planning, permitting, project coordination, design, bidding, and
<br />construction observation and administration for a new 1.5-million-gallon water tower for the City of
<br />Hugo, Minnesota. Project includes watermain extension, connection to existing water distribution
<br />system, site improvements, and modifications to existing SCADA system.
