CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO.22-121 <br />APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES CONTRACT <br />2022 I35E PIPE CROSSING PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the City Council awarding a construction contract to Minger <br />Construction, Co., Inc. in the amount of $512,927.80, on October 10, 2022; and <br />WHEREAS, WSB and Associates has submitted a proposal to complete the construction <br />services for the 2022 I35E Pipe Crossing Project in the amount of $32,036.00; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in the best interests of the city to proceed with <br />the construction oversight and administration, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, the <br />Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with WSB, in the name <br />of the City of Lino Lakes for the construction services of 2022 I35E Pipe Crossing Project. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 10th day of October, 2022. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />and was duly seconded by Council Member and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />
