What are associated liabilities? Mr. Featherstone was advised to address the council when 21 <br />agenda item 6B is discussed. 22 <br />Roger Scheunemann, 7865 4th Av, has questions about the comprehensive plan update. For those 23 <br />people who are getting rezoned, why couldn’t they have been notified earlier? Mayor Rafferty 24 <br />thanked him for the comments and noted the upcoming Planning and Zoning public hearing. 25 <br />SETTING THE AGENDA 26 <br />The agenda was approved as presented. 27 <br />SPECIAL PRESENTATION 28 <br />- Promotion to Police Sergeant: Matt Carlson and Dan Thill 29 <br />- Promotion to Fire Lieutenant: Brian Gustafson and Paul Kartman 30 <br />- Lino Lakes Ambassadors – Introduction of 2022-2023 Ambassadors 31 <br />- State of the District Presentation, Jeff Holmberg, Superintendent - Centennial School 32 <br />District 33 <br />CONSENT AGENDA 34 <br />Councilmember Cavegn moved to approve the Consent Agenda, Items 1A through 1D as presented. 35 <br />Councilmember Lyden seconded the motion.
