To help ensure the County considers a Lino Lakes nominee, staff is recommending jointly <br />submitting a list with surrounding communities. <br />At the November 7th Work Session, the Council showed support of the appointment of Scott <br />Robinson as a Rice Creek Watershed District Board Manager and their desire to exercise their <br />authority under M.S. § 103D.311 to jointly submit a list of nominees to fill the vacancy from <br />which the County must appoint. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff is recommending approval of Resolution No. 22-134 <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />Resolution No. 22-134 <br />
