Planning & Zoning Board <br />September 14, 2022 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />APPROVED MINUTES <br /> <br />Ms. Lindahl will adjust the language to cover the audio and video coming from the <br />property. <br /> <br />Mr. Wipperfurth said he thought there was a discussion about wine tasting rooms and <br />he did not see it in the staff report. <br /> <br />Vice Chairman Root affirmed that the Board discussed wine tasting rooms and it was <br />not captured in the staff report. <br /> <br />Ms. Lindahl questioned if micro distilleries, brew pubs and wine tasting rooms should <br />be included in GB, LI and GI. Ms. Lindahl also confirmed including beverage <br />production, malt liquor and distilled spirit production as permitted uses in LI and GI. <br />Both were confirmed that it should be included. <br /> <br />Mr. Wipperfurth stated that page 174, subpart (c)1 is missing the word, “lot”. <br /> <br />Mr. Vojtech asked about the neighborhood meeting ordinance and the information <br />gathered there. <br /> <br />Ms. Lindahl stated under subpart (9)(c)5. a. of the plan submittal the developer is <br />required to take minutes from the neighborhood meeting if the meeting was required <br />by the City Council. <br /> <br />Mr. Laden thought should be changed to summary. <br /> <br />Vice Chairman Root wanted to follow the wind energy system due to how loud it can <br />be and change the ordinance if the need arises. <br /> <br />Vice Chairman Root then asked Ms. Lindahl to summarize the changes they talked <br />about in the meeting: <br /> <br /> Change minimum garage size from proposed 528 square feet to 520 square <br />feet. <br /> Change to allow restaurants to be optional to hotel in the Business Campus <br />District instead of being required. <br /> Add language to motor fuel stations limiting the noise levels for gas station <br />pump screens and the public address systems to be consistent with the noise <br />standards in Section 1007.043(10). <br /> Add language in the GB, LI and GI to allow wineries and tasting rooms in the <br />districts where breweries and distilleries are allowed. <br /> Change “meeting minutes” to “meeting summary” for the neighborhood <br />meeting requirement as part of a PUD.
