She noted that all changes are noted in red. <br /> 55 Councilmember Stoesz moved to waive the full reading of Ordinance No. 07-20 as presented. <br /> 56 Councilmember Ruhland seconded the motion. Motion carried: Yeas, 5 ; Nays none. <br /> 61 ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT REPORT <br /> 62 There was no report from the Administration Department, <br /> 63 PUBLIC SAFETY DEPARTMENT REPORT <br /> 64 4A) Consider Approval of 2"1 Reading of Ordinance No. 08-20, Enacting Ordinance <br /> 65 Regulating Targeted Picketing in Residential Neighborhood — Public Safety Director Swenson <br /> 66 reviewed his written staff report regarding an amendment to the Code of Ordinances adding a new <br /> 67 Chapter 511 regarding targeted picketing. The first reading was approved by the Council on <br /> 68 November 9th. <br /> 69 Councilmember Lyden moved to waive the full reading of Ordinance No . 08-20 as presented. <br /> 70 Councilmember Ruhland seconded the motion . She added that the next year' s project will continue on with this trail . <br /> 77 Ms. Hankee noted the final project cost. <br /> 78 Councilmember Lyden wondered if the City would be well served by purchasing it' s own trail <br /> 79 maintenance equipment. <br /> 80 Councilmember Stoesz moved to approve Resolution No. 20- 138 as presented.
