Anoka County Highway Department is also <br />requiring a southbound left turn lane. Plans shall be revised accordingly. <br />Watermain, sanitary sewer main, stormwater facilities, streets, sidewalks and trails are being <br />constructed consistent with the PUD Development Stage Plan.
