<br />SETTING THE AGENDA <br />No additions or changes were made to the agenda. <br />SPECIAL PRESENTATION <br />Public Safety Volunteer Recognition, Matt Nelson <br />Director of Public Safety John Swenson presented an award to Lt. Matt Nelson, a longtime <br />volunteer with the police department. He began his volunteering in 2006 as a reserve officer. <br />Through is years of dedication, he was promoted to lieutenant. He has dedicated over 7000 hours <br />of his time to the community. <br />Lt. Nelson was presented a plaque for his service to the community. Director Swenson He will <br />be greatly missed. <br /> <br />1. CONSENT AGENDA <br />A. Consider Resolution No. 23-75, Appointment of Municipal Advisor <br /> <br />Finance Director Hannah Lynch presented a recommendation approve Resolution 23-75, <br />appoint ment of a municipal advisor. She noted the City’s current municipal advisor, Baker <br />Tilly, was up for renewa and that in an effort to properly evaluate the renewal fees, services <br />provided, and personnel assigned, the city put out a request for proposals.
