WSB will collect as-built information as necessary <br />once construction is completed. <br /> <br />Proposed Fee <br /> <br />WSB will complete the scope of work the project discussed herein on hourly basis for a not-to- <br />exceed amount of $149,860.00. Tasks not shown are considered outside of the scope of <br />services. If additional work is necessary, we will prepare a detailed scope of work and include it <br />as an addendum to this agreement. <br /> <br />This letter represents our complete understanding of the 2024 Street Rehabilitation and Trunk <br />Watermain Project and the proposed scope of services.
