Ratwik has not <br />increased its rates the past eight years. <br /> <br />The minimum increment of time billed is .10/hr. (six minutes). <br /> <br />Rupp, Anderson, Squires & Waldspurger <br /> <br />The firm has 15 attorneys, which includes six shareholders and nine associate attorneys, <br />and five support staff. Jay Squires would serve as city attorney. Squires has been <br />practicing in the area of municipal law since 1989. He is currently the city attorney for <br />the cities of Cambridge, Hanover, Dayton, Clearwater, and Norwood Young America. <br />Squires previously worked for Ratwik, Roszak & Maloney and served as Lino Lakes’ <br />contact person in Joe’s absence until moving to Rupp, Anderson, Squires & Waldsburger. <br /> <br />Rupp represents over 100 cities, counties, school districts, and joint powers entities in the <br />State of Minnesota. <br /> <br />Attorney rates are as follows: <br /> General: $170/hr. <br /> Litigation: $200/hr. <br /> Third Parties: $225/hr. <br /> Paralegals: $ 75/hr. <br /> Law Clerks: $ 75/hr. <br /> <br />The hourly rates would be increased by $5 per hour annually.
