The <br />position was posted the following day. <br /> <br />Included on the March 12th council agenda is a request to increase Part-Time Office <br />Specialist Kristine Kroll from 24 hours to 40 hours a week to help alleviate the workload <br />in the Public Services Department. <br /> <br />Administration is in the process of evaluating whether some of the Administrative <br />Assistant’s job duties need to be shifted to the Office Specialist, Recreation Supervisor, <br />and/or public works supervisors. <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> <br />Administrative Assistant Job Description <br /> <br />Requested Council Direction <br /> <br />No action is required. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
