The Low Floor elevations for Block 1, Lots 1 & 2, and Block 2, Lot 1 shall be a <br />minimum of 4 feet above the groundwater level (based on the most conservative <br />Piezometer reading). <br />11. The inlet and outlet elevations for Pond 1 shall be adjusted to meet NURP standards. <br />12. The applicant shall provide storm sewer calculations for all pipes and drainage areas to <br />accommodate a 10-year rainfall event. <br />13. CBMH #102 shall have a 3 foot sump below the lowest invert. <br />14. FES #101 shall match the NWL for Pond #1. <br />15. The applicant shall add a callout to FES #101that says, “Rip Rap with Fabric.” Rip rap <br />shall extend to the pond bottom as well. <br /> <br />• Water Supply <br /> <br />Saddle Club 4th Addition is served by 8 inch diameter DIP mainline water main, and 1 inch <br />diameter copper services. Saddle Club 4th Addition will require the looping of the water <br />main from Saddle Club 3rd Addition to the existing line in Fox Road (Fox Borough <br />Development). <br /> <br />Comments: <br /> <br />1. The applicant shall add a crossing note on plan and profile views that insulation is <br />required. The ‘Water Main Notes’ note 2 shall have the following verbiage: Maintain <br />24-inch minimum vertical clearance between sewer and water main or water service <br />crossings. Refer to Standard Detail Plate WAT-3. <br />2. The applicant shall add a note to ‘Water Main Notes’, to use 8’x8’x4” insulation at pipe <br />crossings when there is less than 24” vertical clearance between the water main and <br />sewer. <br />3. The applicant shall add a note to “Water Main Notes” that fittings shall be ductile iron <br />Class 350 compact fusion-bonded epoxy coated. <br />4. The connect to existing water main at ST 4+20 shall include a new 8” gate valve to <br />connect to the existing pipe <br />5. An 8” gate valve shall be called out for the match into existing water main from Saddle <br />Club 3rd Addition. <br />6. The applicant shall provide 1 more hydrant for 400 feet minimum spacing. <br />7. The hydrant that is to be salvaged from the Fox Borough development to the south shall <br />be a new hydrant at ST 4+00. <br /> <br />• Sanitary Sewer <br /> <br />Saddle Club 4th Addition is served by 8 inch diameter PVC mainline sanitary sewer, and 4 <br />inch diameter Schedule 40 PVC services. The Saddle Club 4th Addition will be serviced <br />from the existing line in Fox Road (Fox Borough Development). <br /> <br /> <br />
