2 <br /> <br /> <br />1. Amends Section 1007.044 (3) h. to clarify requirements for surfacing of driveways. <br />(Applies to all driveways and parking areas). Driveway must be hard surfaced unless <br />property is 1 acre in size or greater. <br /> <br />2. Provides for a construction of a 3,200 square foot hangar at both private airports. The <br />current ordinance only applies to Lino Airpark. <br /> <br />3. Allows for a 3 foot side yard driveway setback. Encroachment into the setback is <br />allowed as a shared driveway with an access and maintenance agreement with abutting <br />property owners. <br /> <br />4. Allows for improvements within drainage easement subject to City Engineer approval. <br />The property owner is responsible for any removal costs. <br /> <br />5. Allows for a secondary access if principal driveway cannot be extended or expanded <br />without encroachment into setback, abutting property or prohibited areas of front yard. <br /> <br />6. The allowable Maximum Impervious Surface percentage is increased to 65%. <br /> <br />7. Deletes the existing hangar provisions in Section 1007.043(4)(i)4.h. <br /> <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Staff is recommending approval of the 2ndt Reading of Ordinance No. 07-18 <br /> <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS <br /> <br />1.
