Consider Resolution No. 18-70 Approving PUD <br />Development Stage Plan/Preliminary Plat <br /> <br />VOTE REQUIRED: 3/5 <br /> <br /> <br />INTRODUCTION <br /> <br />Preferred Builders, Inc. submitted a third set of revised plans for Nature’s Refuge, a <br />conservation residential subdivision, located north of Main Street and west of Lino Lakes <br />Elementary School. The original development proposed 60 single family lots and the second <br />revised plan proposed 62 lots. The third revised plan set proposes 61 single family lots that all <br />meet the minimum 10,800 sf net area.
