Reclassify Winter Property from Mixed Use. <br /> <br />5. Establish a Town Center District (10-24 units per acre) <br /> <br />a. The southeast quadrant of the I-35W/Lake Drive interchange represents the <br />“downtown” Lino Lakes and the civic focal point for the community. The areas is <br />intended to integrate a mixture of commercial, high density housing and public <br />land uses in an attractive and cohesive design. City Hall, a YMCA, and a <br />community green emphasize the community focus. <br /> <br />b. A complete “Design and Development Guide” has been adopted to support the <br />community’s vision and established standards for all development in the Legacy <br />area. The guide allows for commercial, civic, and multi-family development with <br />a residential density ranging from 10 to 24 units per acre. <br /> <br />c. Approximately 9 acres of the project site remain undeveloped and are owned by <br />the City. <br /> <br />d. Reclassify the Legacy at Woods Edge from Mixed Use. <br /> <br />6. Eliminate the four acre Mixed Use area at Lake and Vicky (area D).
