13 <br /> <br />Floodplain <br /> <br />There is no FEMA floodplain on site. <br /> <br />Additional City and Government Agency Review Comments <br /> <br />Anoka County Highway Department <br /> <br />Anoka County Highway Department reviewed the site plan and provided comments in <br />their February 12, 2024 email. A right-of-way permit from the County is required. <br /> <br />Public Safety Comments <br /> <br />Lino Lakes Public Safety Department-Fire Division notes concerns regarding access to <br />the westside of the building and possible blocked exit door by the snow storage pile. <br /> <br />Lino Lakes Public Safety Department-Police Division reviewed the site & building plans <br />and had no comments. <br /> <br />Environmental Board <br /> <br />The Environmental Board reviewed the development proposal at their February 28, <br />2024 meeting and noted some with minor revisions are needed. These are summarized <br />in the attached March 5, 2024 Environmental Coordinator memo. <br /> <br />Agreements <br /> <br />Stormwater Maintenance Agreement <br /> <br />The stormwater facilities will be privately maintained and a Declaration for Maintenance <br />of Stormwater Facilities will be required. <br /> <br />Site Improvement Performance Agreement <br /> <br />A Site Improvement Performance Agreement is required and will be drafted by the City. <br /> <br />Comprehensive Plan <br /> <br />Resource Management System <br /> <br />The Resource Management System Plan goal of preserving surface water quality is <br />supported by the construction of stormwater management BMP’s such as curb, gutter, <br />and stormwater pond.
