This addition <br />of the development is being served by 16- inch, 12- inch, or 8- inch diameter ductile iron <br />pipe (DIP) water main with 1-inch Type K copper services being extended to each lot. A <br />future stub that is fused PVC C900 is being directionally drilled and extended under 20th <br />Ave/ CSAH 54 <br />Comments: <br />1.See redline comments on attached plans. <br />2.Maintain minimum 18” separation from storm sewer to watermain. <br />•Insulate between storm sewer and watermain where separation is less <br />than 36” <br />3.Note the future trail extension and crossing east of Lotus Lane that includes <br />the 16” watermain extension to Interstate 35E. <br />•Provide whether and how the watermain and hydrant will be installed <br />before or after trail construction at that crossing <br />•Sanitary Sewer <br />The proposed sanitary sewer is consistent with the preliminary plat and PUD Amendment <br />#4. This addition of the development is being served by 8 and 10- inch diameter poly-vinyl <br />chloride (PVC) pipe along with 4-inch diameter Schedule 40 PVC service pipe to each lot. <br />Comments: <br />1.See redline comments on attached plans. <br />•Transportation <br />The proposed roadways are consistent with the preliminary plat and PUD Amendment #4. <br />The work in this addition includes constructing Rainy Lane, Lotus Lane, Traverse Drive, <br />Pepin Drive, Swan Street, and Mille Lacs Lane. Rainy Lane is proposed to be 38’ wide <br />from back-of-curb to back-of-curb, Lotus Lane is proposed to be 32’ wide from back-of- <br />curb to back-of-curb, and Traverse Drive, Pepin Drive, Swan Street, and Mille Lacs Lane <br />are proposed to be 30’ wide from back-of-curb to back-of-curb. <br />Trails and sidewalks
