CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 24-21 <br />APPROVING A SOLICITOR LICENSE LEGACY RESTORATION <br />WHEREAS, Legacy Restoration, located in Plymouth, Minnesota, has applied for a solicitor <br />license request a license to allow Rick Brambrink and Jamiya Walker to solicit within the City of <br />Lino Lakes; and, <br />WHEREAS, Legacy Restoration has complied with all provisions of Chapter 613 of the Lino <br />Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Public Safety Department has conducted a background check <br />on both individuals who will be working in Lino Lakes and no reason was found to deny the license <br />application; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota hereby <br />approves the request of Legacy Restoration to solicit throughout Lino Lakes for a period six <br />(6) months, effective March 26, 2024 – September 26, 2024. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 25th day of March, 2024. <br />___________________________ <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />___________________________ <br />Jolleen Chaika, City Clerk <br />95
